Dolly Truss Jigging Tools
In addition to our Tri-Axis Press, we also service all
Lumbermate presses. We stock all typical wear &
replacement parts such as V-wheels, flat wheels,wear plates,
flip legs, heavy-duty flat track, drive shafts, sprockets,
joysticks, cylinder hanger bearings, bumpers, and even
7” & 8” cylinders. Not only do we build new cylinders
in-house, we can also rebuild your used & abused ones!
If you’re looking to replace an old table or just some plastic
table surface, we can help you with that too. We have flat &
squared ½ inch table steel and ¾ inch Virgin HDPE (High
Density Polyethylene) plastic available. If you’re struggling
with flimsy,thin-gauge jigging bars, replace them once and
for all with our heavy-duty ones.
Ejection Systems
CII builds Ejection Systems for both hydraulic press style and roller style
truss presses. Our pneumatic Ejection Systems are designed to lift finished
trusses clear of a jigging system and high enough above the working surface to
facilitate stacking or transfer to a conveyor system.

The Ejection Systems for use
with our Walk-thru Table design and our Continuous Table design are
sectionalized. Each section includes one table-width length lifting bar and its
lift mechanism. The bar rests on the table, flush with the working surface. On
command the lift mechanisms, located beneath the table, rotate into position
and raise the bar(s). The bar(s) in turn raise the truss clear of the jigs.
“Sections” are normally purchased in sets of two, but can be purchased singly.
Any number of sections can be linked to work in unison.
Our Ejection Systems easily interfaces with conveyor and automated stacker
systems. They are designed to increase efficiency, reduce labor costs, and
optimize your production.
Strapping & Bundling Line
Our Strapping Line System efficiently delivers precut truss members from saws
to staging or assembly areas. This system consists of conventional, inclined,
and powered conveyors, a strapping machine, and powered cylinders to
strap/band, move, and stage truss members. Sensors track and control movement
of bundles to ensure efficient, safe operation. This single operator system can
service more than one saw and is programmable for increased efficiency and
energy savings. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems are available. 
Truss Dolly
A Truss Dolly is a small three wheeled platform designed to aid in the manual
movement of materials.

Truss Dollies can be used to handle stacks of trusses or other materials on
rough or uneven floors.
Truss Jigging Tools
All Locating Pucks and Locating Bars include the hardware necessary to attach
them to the Jigging Table. Used in conjunction with our heavy-duty jigging
table, we use a combination of socket head cap screws and our speed-nuts to
attach the tools. The nuts can be dropped in anywhere along the heavy-duty
jigging bars. This allows locating pucks and jigging tools to remain
semi-assembled to speed set-ups. You no-longer need to slide t-nuts in from the
side; matter of fact the only tool you need is a single Allen-wrench. Truss
Jigging Tools, or parts, may be ordered individually and we build special
jigging tools upon request.
